Since January 1, 2021, the fees for the notarial procedure related to the application of interest-subsidized housing loans (for example: Rural CSOK Loan, CSOK Plus Loan) have been reduced. This means that the total cost of the official documentation cannot reach EUR 50 (HUF 20,000).
